  5. I have been watching American Idol for years. This was one of the most heartfelt performances from anybody over the years. I loved how you could feel the energy of the room pulling together as one. The way his parents looked so completely proud of there son. The way the judges were blown away and mostly how Scotty had tears in his eyes. All this together makes us realize what a great country we live in. The victims and families will never be forgotten in American history. God Bless America and God Bless Scotty for his amazing talent he shares with the world. Thank You, Susan

  9. Oh my gosh it touched me the first night he sang it and this song the way he sung it was just absolutely beautiful and I don't think you could have heard any one even breathe. The crowd was so pulled into this song and Scotty felt the love himself in this song Alan Jackson had to have been proud of this and hopefully he heard it by now. His parents couldn't have been more proud of him and you know they still are. His just one of a kind and just the most humble guy out there. We love you Scotty......

  10. Thanks once again Scotty for being a role model for all Americans--young and old. You know what's important and what isn't and you are not afraid to show your feelings.

That song is a beautiful expression of love and sympathy for all those touched by the 911 tragedy. My prayers go out today for all of those people.

    God Bless America! Kathy
