Scotty McCreery will be performing at the Country Radio Seminar tonight

Scotty McCreery has signed on to perform at the upcoming Country Radio Seminar, to be held on Feb. 27 inside the Performance Hall at the Nashville Convention Center. He joins Dustin Lynch and Grand Ole Opry members Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker and Vince Gill as part of the all-star lineup. This special performance of Country music's institution will kick-off the two-hour event, which follows the annual CRS Artist/Attendee Welcome Reception, for the first time in the seminar's history.
“Every week, the Grand Ole Opry showcases an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind mix of country music’s new stars, superstars, and legends for country music fans from around the world," Opry Vice President and General Manager Pete Fisher said, in a statement, as reported by Music Row. "We’re excited to deliver a special show featuring some of radio’s biggest current hit-makers who are also some of the most popular artists who visit our stage for all our friends in country radio when CRS returns to town next month."
CRS Executive Director Bill Mayne boasts:

“This marks the first time in the history of the seminar, which is over 40 years, that we welcome the Grand Ole Opry to our stage. It has been a long time coming, but will be well worth the wait. My thanks to Pete Fisher and the Opry staff for allowing me to present this show on the opening night of CRS 2013, as both events are such a great fit for each other.”
More performers will be announced in the coming weeks.

  1. WOW Scotty is such example to all of us. Music all day then study all night. That’s what we call a role model. When I look back over pass 2 years I cannot think of a young man who represents what we all want to see in our young men and women. I pray Scotty never changes and we should tell all our friends about this amazing young man.

  2. Amen to above comment. He is what each and everyone of us looks for in our young and women today. He is the whole package as they say and I tell you what, he is going to go a long way with that!!!Him singing the songs like Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Elvis, Brad Paisley, Garth Brooks and all those Guys is such a tribute to our Artist, because you know Scotty loves that kind of Music and Yeah, We love him for that he is getting Young and Old in his concerts and thats a Big Check up for Scotty. He definitely knows what he is doing and his Managers. Just love that they are all working together like he said on his Scot talk they are a Team and hey thats how it should be and you can tell they all get along. 5. This is wonderful for Scotty. He is pne busy young man. I can't wait for more videos. I have to agree with MamaG, those high energy drinks like Red Bull are harmful. I wish they'd take them off the market. Be careful Scotty.
