  2. I will be at the show. I am thrilled Pia will be there. She sings beautifully and is such a nice person. I hope Scotty sings more songs off his Christmas album, but he is always great. He always connects to the audience which is a special gift. He is such a sweetheart!! I just adore him!! Way to go Scotty. Hopefully the show will sell out. I know when I bought my ticket the sells were brisk.

  4. Pia's home is New York! Way to go, Scotty! So thoughtful of you to turn your show into a benefit for the victims of hurricane Sandy. Your singing is so beautiful and Pia has a beautiful voice as well. Would love to be at that show!

    1. Oh! good! another appearance on TV...I'll mark that date on my calendar!!! I notice some briefly advertise their CD's on TV, that is a great way to let people know about their album. 'Dancing With the Stars' does that! I keep wishing Scotty's album would have shown up there! But its a never mind, he has 123,000 in sales already and the season is just beginning...hope the stores have lots of stock for BF.

    7. 4:10 I just want to thank for your positive outlook for Scotty I feel the same but I read some comments on here about how he is losing fans fast and his manager needs to do something before its to late .its so depressing I love comments like yours.

      Delete
  6. Where on this site have you seen comments about Scotty loosing fans fast? I check this site daily, and I have never seen anything saying he is loosing fans. If anything, he gains fans every where he goes.

  7. 6:32 PM Please do not believe this, there was one comment on this site about fans moving on but that they were still standing behind Scotty. Remember this is one comment only, I do not believe that he is losing fans, if anything he is gaining fans and with all this exposure, I think he will continue grow in his career. I think sometimes people come on this site and try to stir up a his fans, don't play their games. Just ignore the comment and lets just continue to support Scotty.

    1. Thank you 8:22 I'll try to be more understanding of these fans but it just makes me so sad .its almost like it hurts my feelings when they say these things on his fan site,I just feel it should be positive and uplifting to SCotty not critical all the time . I know people are entitled to their opinion but at what expense ? I love his Christmas CD and for someone on this site to say they don't care for it or CAD and to dissect every song on these albums and make such critical statements about them and the albums is just behind words . I just get mad . I just don't want this site to turn into a bunch of people tearing him down . Where does that leave his fans that love him unconditionally . Do we just let it happen ?.I don't know how to respond their comments.

    2. I agree 1000% !! Makes me mad too!!

  8. I can't understand why Scotty would start doing Theater tours when it is obvious that he can fill a much larger venue all by himself. I would hate to see his career go backwards when he is doing so well. Maybe I don't undertand what a Theater Tour really is. I read that it is smaller venues and people have memberships but that is all I know. Maybe it will be a good thing but I just want to see him keep going forward in his career. I love this guy so much.

    1. Look at it from a positive view. For me, Scotty's doing theater tours is not going backwards, but him investing for a very long career - one way of career investment, actually. Taylor Swift is one of the artists who have done theater tours aside from festivals, fairs, and opening acts. And I am just thankful that for Scotty to realize his dream, he doesn't have to play in bars (like others before him had done). Josh Turner, who is Scotty's idol, played for 10 people AFTER he just signed a record deal. And he said, it was really pathetic. But he persevered. And we all know that his single YOUR MAN, which was Scotty's audition song, just recently achieved its platinum status. Josh Turner is 10 years in the business, and he said in one of his interviews that Scotty is doing and is achieving more than he had done in his career. So, it's all good. But Scotty is willing to work hard. He is that competitive, he will not just rest on his laurels just because he won AI. For him, nothing worth having comes easily. So, let's just be patient by supporting him in anyway we can....and be thankful for every opportunity that comes his way.

    3. Scotty is doing very well. I thank Idol every day for Scotty. I would not have known about him. He is a very special person with amazing talent. I am thrilled for him. He has a long career ahead of him.

I took time last night to listen to all the new Christmas CDs and although I like certain songs on all of them, I just love all the songs on Scotty's. It is fantastic!!!!

    4. I can't help but wonder if a theater tour wouldn't actually be better right now since that would allow Scotty to go to entirely different places and reach other fans that he has not gotten close to yet who are begging for him to come there, like parts of Texas (he has been to Texas but that is a HUGE state, hundreds of miles between major cities, for example). Lots of places don't have a huge venue but still have a facility either indoor or outdoor where he could perform for a few thousand to several thousand people. At this point in his career, it's all about getting out there in front of people and singing his way into their hearts, one city at a time. He will win many more fans that way because people who love him will bring their friends and family who either don't know him or who are on the fence, and he will win them over with his beautiful voice and his sweet, humble, down-to-earth personality. I was hoping for another big tour (and I have not completely written that off because I believe there are lots of things going behind the scenes that we know nothing about yet) but I mostly want Scotty to be able to continue to sing and do what he loves and win new fans (and make a prize-winning sophomore album). Waiting for albums kills me, but it will be worth the wait if extra time means superior quality of songs. I also long to hear him singing a big, big song on the radio and have a new video on TV to watch!! See, Scotty, I am not too demanding a fan, am I?? I think Todd is doing a great job so far, and I am super excited about this upcoming year for Scotty!! Can't wait to see him perform on American Idol next year, and the show hasn't even started yet!! I am a Scotty nut, can you tell?

    5. I agree totally brilliant minds think alike. Its not a sprint to the finish line its a marathon or a Cross country run slow and steady will always pay off .I wish some fans would realize this.

  9. I love the nice theater tour. The Beacon, Mayo in NJ are larger and are beautiful historic theaters. It is a nice combo with the fair shows. I think he will do a larger tour later after his next cd comes out.

  10. Rascal flats is playing in Feb in Ohio at an ice rink that turns into a venue seating 6000 people not to big . Only big artist fill huge 15 to 20 thousand venues . rascal Flats is big but they play smaller venues but 3 in the same state.

  11. Alot of opening acts makes the big artists to fill big venues not on their own.One act alone can not fill abig venue. That is why they bring in popular opening acts like Scotty. If Scotty can bring in 5000+ people it means he is doing well by any means,so don't fooled when you see them felling up show its not one man act.

  12. Scotty has a "class act", so why not perform in theatres and draw more fans to him that perhaps would not go to the county fairs, etc. I applaud Scotty and Todd for leaving "no stone uncovered". Scotty will have a long, long career, is what Randy had said at his audition. Why rush him? Of course, in today's world conditioning, everyone wants it all now, but that isn't realistic. Give him time to mature, circulate, find the right songs and learn the business. He will and is doing just fine. Our job? Just to love him, root for him and spread the word of this great talented young man. Thanks for "listening" (reading).

  14. just a few artist that play at the American music theater in Lancaster PA .seats 2000 people. since 2011 Martina McBride Trace Adkins Josh Turner Wynonna Judd Kellie Pickler Merle Haggard Loretta Lynn Scotty Mccreery . new ones to perform are Montgomery Gentry Little Big Town Sara Evans. Just a few. So many top artist play at smaller theaters venues . When I saw Scotty there it was my favorite concert out of 5 . Tickets were 70 dollers much better compared to my 200 I spent for the paisley concert. For older fans its great the seats are comfy and your not packed in like sardines. Scotty can cover more venues this way.

    1. I agree. I loved him at the Mayo theater in NJ. I am excited to see him at the Beacon. I love the theater shows. It took over 2hrs to get out of the field lot at the BP show at Bethel Woods at 1am. I will never park in a field lot again where your car is blocked in. Also I am NOT a fan of Ticketmaster. Some smaller theaters handle their ticket sells. I'll talk about Ticketmaster when I am on my computer They are very bad and state attorney generals should investigate them.

  15. I was just talking to my sister on the phone a little while ago, who lives in New Hampshire (where I am from originally but I live in Georgia now). We were talking about Scotty and I asked her if she knew he had been at the Hampton Beach Casino there this summer. She said she knew about it, she didn't go but a male friend of hers did and apparently Scotty really won him over. She told me that her friend said it was a great concert and Scotty's singing was awesome. He was very impressed!! I told my sister to get his Christmas CD, that it was REALLY GREAT!! My sis is a music fan, I don't know how much of a country music fan she is, but she did mention really loving his deep voice.

So Scotty is going to be around for a long time. God have already blessed Scotty before he was born. Todd know exactly where he is taking Scotty career. God bless you Scotty and Todd. GRANDMA IN TX.

  18. Just listening to my favorite song off CWSM...Winter Wonderland. When he sings we'll frolic and play the Eskimo way....wishing I was a young girl. I may not be around when Scotty feels comfortable enough to sing some love songs. Just listened to Keith Whitley singing "Don't Close Your Eyes". What a voice. Never heard him before Scotty sang in that duet on tour. I looked him up. A great talent who died too young. Heard Chris Young say he was a huge KW fan and he sang DCYE...another great voice. Love to hear Scotty sing in his low register. WW is so incredible. That is one I would like a video. Scotty and a girl building a snowman and rubbing noses!!!! WOW!

    1. Ha!Ha! I believe you've commented before on loving Winter Wonderland and I must say I agree with you, a video of Scotty with a cute girl and him singing this song would be so cute! Let It Snow, is another one I love to listen to. Can you imagine a video of "jingle bells" that's one I thought of with the sleigh breaking down, could be a little comical. I think, Scotty, has a natural talent not only for singing but acting!

  19. Yes,12:48 I have commented before on WW. He gives me the chills on that one, as well as LIS. And JB has never been sung like that before...he gives it his own touch and we love Scotty's touch on anything.

  20. I bought a couple more Scotty Christmas CD's at Target, today. (For gifts..only $7!) At checkout the gal, who appeared to be 17-18 said, "I just love this guy". Made my day. BTW the two I bought were the last two on the shelf. Everyone that hears this CD loves it. My favorite is 'Oh Holy Night'. So relaxing. I love 'Mary Did You Know' too. I really love the entire CD!! And I love Scotty.
