October is shaping up to be a holly, jolly month in country music, with three big-name artists releasing Christmas albums. Even though the “official” Christmas season doesn’t kick off until after Thanksgiving, stars like to get their new projects out with plenty of time for fans to consider and purchase in time for shopping season. 
On Oct. 2, Blake Shelton will release ‘Cheers, It’s Christmas.’ Two weeks later, Scotty McCreery will pack his sleigh with copies of ‘Christmas With Scotty McCreery’ for all of the good boys and girls. Lady Antebellum round out the trio of holiday projects with ‘On This Winter’s Night,’ a collection of classics set for Oct. 22.

  6. Does everyone realize how much confidence his record label must have in him to let him put out a Christmas album so soon...when he only has one album. That says so much...they know what a true talent he is and they listened to all of the fans who were begging for a Christmas album the second we heard a Christmas song come out of his mouth. I cannot wait for my copy to come in the mail..it can't get here soon enough. To hear that beautiful voice singing Christmas songs....October needs to get here FAST.

    3. Last december you could see the audience gaze and applaud in fascination whenever Scotty was performing. Everywhere on You Tube and other media thousands of comments were begging for a Scotty Christmas CD.
      I´d think his label / managment and whoever involved in his career keeps an eye on this kind. I was one of the first to wish for this album and now I´m counting the days for this CD to arrive and I still have a strong feeling for "Christmas In Heaven" to become a hit. Ought to !

Hey Everyone!It does say a alot.When I heard him Last december and could see the people were having a blast right then I knew he would do a Christmas cd.We can't wait to hear that beautiful voice that we all dearly love Singing Christmas Songs.I know I Can't I want Oct to hurry and get it.When they hear Somebody like Scotty they knew that he would be a big Star cause of that great voice.Like they did doing Idol tour.So his record label they all love him and want the best for him.I know it will go to number 1.

  7. I agree can't be fast enough. He has the most perfect voice for christmas songs anyways. I ordered 2 cd's and will probably go get more for Christmas. I could listen to him all day if I could but we got to live right? Ha!!!ILYTB
