Another Great Review of Scotty McCreery's Canfield, OH Concert

I was given permission by Zac to post his review on the site.  I am also posting the link to Zac's blog where you can view the video of the girls rushing the Stage while Scotty is singing and you will be treated to a lot of AWESOME pictures of Scotty during the concert!  Thank you Zac for sharing your review with all of us here at FansofScotty.

Scotty McCreery Concert

This past week I got to go to a Scotty McCreery concert with my family. As you may know, Scotty won American Idol Season 10 and I was a fan of his from almost the beginning. I love how he has shared Christ with others and I hope he stays solid.

At the concert, I had the amazing chance of meeting Scotty and I really enjoyed this opportunity. Although I only really got to say, "Hi" and take a picture, he seemed really nice and humble. I, along with everyone else I'm sure, wish I could have had more time to get to know him.

His dad and mom were there with him and I got to talk to his mom for a minute and she seemed very nice as well. It was fun seeing her watch her son meet his fans. I can't help but think of how life has changed for them since Scotty won American Idol.

Scotty's energy and enthusiasm during his concert and the way he talked to the audience were really enjoyable. I had an awesome day and thoroughly enjoyed the concert!

  5. Nice review. Off the subject, but, I turned on Blair Garner on radio hoping I might hear Scotty but like all the other times I didn't hear Scotty. But the first song was Celebrity and it brought back memories of their performances...can' wait to see them next week. The next song played was I Like It, I Love , I Want It Some More of It. How cool. He says he likes Scotty but I never hear him play him. Not that I listen long. Before those songs he was interviewing Martina and I missed the first part so was wondering if he would ask her about Scott. I would have liked hearing her talk about Scotty.

  6. Thanks Zac the pictures were great. I just hope this articles doesn't get ruined. Its very hard to refrain from commenting back to the trolls but that's what we will have to do they want us to get mad but I'm all done with that.

  8. Thank you Zac for the video and pictures! Scotty's name and his stardom just keeps growing in popularity! He's such a great talent, so glad we have a talent like his in country music, cause there are so many poppy singers and those who have crossed over from other genres to 'country'! And its easy to tell they're not country! I'm rambling here, but again I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the video of the girls rushing the stage!! This is only the beginning, I think girls rushing the stage will become a regular thing!

  9. I must be blind as a bat, but I've watched the video several times and do not see where the girls rushed the stage. Where is that particular scene? Is it where he came up to the stage and touched hands with a bunch that were "at" the stage, not on the stage with him?

    1. Yes, They were all AT the stage! No one was there when he started singing Water Tower Town. A few came up to the stage and then a whole crowd "Rushed" up to join them screaming and shouting and clapping!..He was surprised and happy!..Laughing while he sang!..Wish it had shown his face!

  10. Nobody was on the stage that would be tragic . They rushed past a gate no one was aloud near the stage . Then the gate opened and we rushed the stage .

    1. I understood from some friends that were there that you were kept back from the stage by barracade (spelling) and someone opened the gate that is where you see a few up by the stage clapping their hands and then everyone stating rushing up.

It would have been fun to see his reaction on his face. My friends were up their and he touched your hands and they said it was so loud with screames, clapping, shouting but it sounded like he said "WOW' AND KEPT ON SINGING.
