Jukebox festival grows into major event July 20-22

Friday, July 20

8:45 p.m. Crown Motors Stage – Scotty McCreery

Long-time local concert promoter Allan Folino is on track to a potentially sold-out Jukebox Country Music Festival July 20-22 with fans coming to the Shasta District Fair grounds in Anderson from Canada and at least 12 western and southern states.
The three-day festival features headliners Alan Jackson, Joe Nichols, Scotty McCreery and Kellie Pickler, along with Ricky Skaggs, Pam Tillis, Mark Chesnutt, Asleep at the Wheel and at least 12 other groups including a few up-and-coming local and national bands that might well be headliners at a future edition of Jukebox, said Margot Stewart, marketing director.
Three-day VIP Gold Pass tickets ($149) sold out quickly, although they are still available in groups of 10 to corporate sponsors who pay $2,500 for a table inside the fully air-conditioned Fusaro Hall where artists will linger between sets to enjoy the catered delights of Famous Dave’s BBQ, Stewart noted.
