The Center is the official summer home of the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra, both of which are in residence for two or three weeks during the summer.
SPAC also serves as the common grounds for high school graduations, particularly for Burnt Hills - Ballston Lake, Saratoga Springs, Shenendehowa, and Ballston Spa High Schools.
SPAC is the summer home of Live Nation in the Capital District.
WOW!!! Since when did Scotty start being billed "before" The Band Perry. I am sure this was an oversite and Scotty is still the opener. 25,100 capacity....hope it "SELLS OUT"!

ReplyDeleteI hope his team should give him a back up plan or not to take trips on the last hour. I am working with an airline. There's a lot of issues... mechanical trouble and weather issues. It is bad if he misses the last connecting flt to his destination. Sometimes pax can only get an evening flt the next day.
ReplyDeleteI have been worried about him missing the flt. I hope he is given extra day in between shows that require air travel. And also what about the band ? Worried about their instruments....not being loaded and flown late.
He is always in my prayers... i am a nervous wreck about histhe sched because i see the activity in the airline industry.
Me, too!..Was so relieved to see Ashley's tweet. Apparently United was late taking off from Raleigh, which started the whole nerve wracking experience!..I bet they won't "Fly United" again any time soon!

I can't begin to imagine how stressful this situation must be when you know that if you don't make the connections that there will be a lot of disappointed people. Scotty and Ashley showed their maturity by making simple comments that anyone would make in the same situation. I'm impressed that he didn't rant and rave on twitter like some more established entertiners have done.
ReplyDeleteBy the way can anyone tell my how to view WTT on CMT. I've tried to find it but no luck. I was disappointed that WTT didn't make CMT's top 20 countdown. Maybe next week. WTT is such a good song about family, friends, hard work, faith and keeping your word (a great July 4th song). I just dont' understand why it isn't more popular. I keep requesting and remain hopeful that it will gain radio play time.
They only aired it for a few days. I couldn't find it again either. But youtube has it.

ReplyDeleteWe Mc Creerians have got to keep Scotty in our prayers, because the enemy is really messing with him. I read the scriptures that Scotty have tweeted, that is the way to go Scotty. He really must have a great blessing coming his way. God Bless U Scotty and family.
ReplyDeleteMaybe since Scotty is "saving his money" (still eating off dollar menu) that someday soon, he can afford to buy his own private jet. (Like the one they used when he flew to the award show and then back for graduation!!) Then he will NOT have to worry about airlines, connecting flights, etc. His pilot can just fly him directly to the city where he needs to be with NO STRESS!!!
