  7. Great interview and a pleasure to watch and to listen to with interesting body language, good questions and perfect Scotty answers. His voice, charme, wisdom and maturity keeps me amazed. I noticed from the last many interviews they have stopped asking him whether he has a girl friend.

  8. Saturday I heard a caller on the radio requesting "Scotty music". That says it all. We as his fans love all of his music. I noticed they have taken away alot of the youtube videos (such as "The Dance", etc.) that Scotty performed. Does anyone know why? Scotty, I love your music; you are a remarkable young man who will go far, especially with fans like me who vote for you in anything that is not too complicated, buy numerous copies of your cds, singles and all the other fans that support you in ways that I may not be able to. We all love you. This was a great interview. Thank you so much for giving us as much information as you can about Scotty. Scotty, I would love for you to give a show in this area. I would be there with bells on. I know the fair event is sold out.

  9. For anyone interested....I watched the video above in full screen. When it was over I waited (ss I always do) for it to "break into small video windows"...hope that makes sense. I discovered on most any video, if you do that you will be privvy to some other AI videos. I watched Cross My Heart, She believes in Me, Gone, Letters from Homem, Always On My Mind, The River, The Dance, Amazed, etc this morning. Got my Scotty fix!

    1. I do the same thing and I would discover a lot of videos that I havent seen. It is so amazing that there is a lot of us who are so hooked to Scotty. We all have emotional investment in this kid. My husband commented that I am going too far in my admiration for Scotty. I dont think so. In fact he always makes my day after listening ti his songs.

  10. Watching Scotty vids I found three memorable, enjoyable comments worth sharing:
    On PRM-------
From a new fan: "With such a great voice he had to appear on AI? He must have been the winner from start without a fuss. prajna8 "

"We will never get tired of you Scotty, you have the X Factor, the Voice and you are our American Idol forever. SuperWintry"

    On YMTLG
IF THE RECORD COMPANY DON'T REALIZE HOW STRONG THIS SONG IS IN THE SMALL TOWNS-YOUNG AND OLDER.THEY ARE MISSING OUT.I WOULD LOVE TO SIGN HIM ON.THIS IS A GREAT SINGLE.IT WILL GO!BEEN THERE DONE THAT.

    1. I totally agree! I definitely think he should have released this song as a single. It's a great upbeat song, it would make an awesome video, and Scotty looks spectacular playing the guitar on the song.

  12. EVERY single time I see a Scotty interview, my first reaction is, "he is so dang cute!" I remember him saying on Good Morning America that his first college class would be Interview 101. He doesn't need it, in fact, he could teach it!

  13. He is very kind and gracious. Love you Scotty!!

  15. YMTLG is a great song ,that is the one he performed on the GAC for the best new artist awards competing against Gilbert, and Hayes.Apparently all the young girls loved it ,and so did everyone else.I think water tower town is a good song also, but he needs to keep those young girls interested they like those kind of songs. The young girls are big followers of his,I know we older folks love him,but he needs the young crowd to keep on following ,and buying his music.H.Hayes is moving up a notch because of his song, Wanted that is appealing to the girls for sure it is the girls listening to that song I don't think the guys are into that at all. It's just my opinion I think I would not have switched from YMTLG to Water Tower Town .the young girls would have moved that song up the chart.I often wondered why they don't release more than one song at a time ,others have two or three out there at once.To me if one is not working get another one out there.

    1. The ones knowing the business tell that it´s not possible for a new country artist to release two singles. They take one at the time and it will move in in SLOW motion. Don´t ask me - to me it sounds crazy. we were told radio asked for WTT - yet they don´t play the song enough - beats me - what on earth. I WISH they´s stick to YMTLG. It´s a hit with ppl of all ages.

  16. THIS INTERVIEW WAS AWESOME. SCOTTY IS SO AMAZING DOING INTERVIEWS. SCOTTY IS SO TRUE AND SO DOWN TO EARTH. I JUST LOVE SCOTTY SO MUCH.

  17. I always thought YMTLG would have been a bigger hit, like was said, with the girls. More girls would like that compared to only a certain demographic that can relate to water tower towns. His performance og YMTLG on Fremont St. in Vegas was the best...my favorite. He looks mighty darn good with a guitar, too. WTT is nice and his favorite, but I do wish they'd have put out YMTLG. He needs something out there soon.

  18. You need to go to Ashley's website and click on AshleyMcCreerytmblr. There is a lovely letter to her from Scotty and mention of a girlfriend.

  19. So, Scotty "found the girl" who loves him for him...........Wow! and at 18 ! Wow! I do hope he is right about her. He deserves the best. By the way, that was a great letter he wrote to Ashley. All brothers/sisters should be that loving and caring. The world would be a better place. Thank you 1:16AM for the heads up. I enjoyed reading it.

  20. To the 1:16 am....

Where do i go to access ashley's website? What do i need yo type in on the browser?

  21. Type in AshleyMcCreery in your browser, the site that comes up, look down to the third item Ashley McCreeryTmblr, click, then look thru her pictures, you will come to the letter from Scotty on page 3.

    1. Are we sure that is Ashley's page and not just something a fan set up in her name? The pics are all easily obtainable on the net. I remember thinking that "Loretta" on twitter was from one of the McCreery's but Mike said they have no idea who it is.

  22. I keep reading on this list from someone (or more than one) that "radio" asked for WTT. I saw no indication of that so I wonder how this person/s who keeps saying it, came to that conclusion. And, what do they consider "radio"?

From everything I saw, the record company wanted to put out YMTLG; it was put on the z-pac and several other places. Scotty wanted WTT as it was his "Garner" song and the one he said he could most relate to. I was always in favor of YMTLG but it looks like Scotty persuaded them to go with WTT. I'm not saying he shouldn't have input, I'm just saying I think he would have done better with YMTLG.

I just responded now because the claim that "radio" requested it, never quite made sense to me.

  23. There is caution to be had about the site with such a personal letter put out there for everyone to see, if he wrote it at all. It sounds legit, but we can't be sure.

    ReplyDelete
  24. That letter was not written by Scotty. It was posted on a 'role-play' account, which means it is a fan that role plays someone else such as Ashley or Scotty for instance.

    1. No. Scotty would not write such a letter and it didn´t sound like him and neither Scott nor his sister are likely to post personal letters on the net

  25. I agree that there is no way Scotty would write such a personal letter to be viewed by the public. Please don't make anything of this.

    1. I think all of U are right, because Scotty is a very private person. He do not let people in on too much of his life.

  26. Just like what Tarah said ...at the very end of that lengthy letter, it says
    #role play.

It is definitely not coming from Scotty.

Sorry I am not buying it. It sounds like it is for real but I dont believe that it was Scotty who wrote it.

Be careful my dear Co- Mccreerians.

  27. Agree...he wouldn't share those thoughts for everyone to read if he did write it. But it says at the end of that post 'role model' so it's some girl role playing. But I have to say on Scotty's website under tmblr. there are some cute pics, him tubing and Gabi, on a pontoon boat. He is so cute tubing, but isn't he always.

  28. meant role playing, not role model.
