Scotty McCreery's performance at Hoops 4 Hope

This is a longer video of Scotty's performance, it shows him throwing T-shirts out into the audience and security getting him of the court - the ladies didn't want to let him go! LOL

  4. A really great video! Scotty, just oozed with charm and personality and looked very handsome in a black T-shirt singing, what I think was the perfect song, ILYTB, for these brave women, who have battled cancer and survived. Way to go, Scotty!!

  8. I so appreciate Scotty's performance and the cause that it represented. Also, all those that made contributions to this worthy cause, I lost my beautiful sister 3 years ago to breast cancer at the age of 47 years old, she left behind her a daugther 7 years old and a son 10 years old. God bless all that was responsible for this. Scotty you continue to amaze me.

  20. Scotty is getting more handsome everyday! It was so nice of him to do this and help advance the cure for CA of the breast. Thank you, Scotty and organizers.

  21. If you listen closely, Scotty changes the second verse of the song. He sings, "Cause GIRLS you do something to me." How sweet that he changed the "girl" to the plural "girls" to recognize all the lovely "girls" standing in front of him who have survived breast cancer! Scotty smiled the whole time he sang! Kay Yow would have loved Scotty. She was a celebrity who let people know that she was a Christian. She would see in Scotty his willingness to let God's light shine through in his public life. I saw those ladies in pink getting hugs and autographs and photos---way to go ladies!!!! God Bless You and Keep You Safe!

  22. Gramma S. I'm inclined to agree with you, that Scotty staying in NC for college is probably what he wants. Though he's 18, he's still very young in many ways, and maybe a little naive about the outside world, and surviving on his own, elsewhere.. (which is no doubt the case for all young people leaving home). He's, obviously, very close to his family, friends and community and they've been supportive all along, which he may not find right away in another city, where he would have to develop new friendships. With so much on his plate already, I say, why not stay where there's stability with people you know, and travel from home. Just a thought!

    1. Can't agree more. I would love to see him NC with his family and friends close by. If he's really going to make it big, he needs that support group around him.

    2. I agree with you. He seems to love getting back home and enjoying time his family and friends and that support will keep him safe and happy.

I do believe he is going to be a huge country star. His voice is just too good to be denied! It seems that even his critics are beginning to see the light. How can you not adore this wonderful young man.

    3. Amen to that ... But whatever he decides on, he has all the support of everyone from his family, friends and fans. All our prayers go to him.

He has God by his side...Who will always protect him and guide him all the time.

We love you this big , our wonder boy !

God bless Scotty for his willingness to give his time to such a worthy cause. And God bless all the survivors, & those who our still fighting cancer.
