Scotty McCreery Winning Over Fans - Reality World Tour review - Country Music Tattle Tale

Here is the part that is about Scotty, to read the rest click the link below.

American Idol Winner, and Platinum Selling Recording Artist "Scotty McCreery"

Scotty McCreery was the first to hit the stage.  The stage was a basic set-up with the band and a cloth with his name on it, but what made his set was the performance.  He didn't need fancy lights and lasers to put on a show.  Running from one side of the stage to the next, Scotty made everyone feel like they were wanted.  In a 25 minute set, he was able to perform 7 songs from his platinum-selling debut CD, including the two singles, on the stage.  I'm not going to lie, I voted for Lauren Alaina during Idol, but after this show I felt Scotty deserved everything he has gotten and allowed the crowd to get hyped for The Band Perry.

  9. I also heard that the arena (12000+) was almost 100% full when Scotty started singing. It was very rare. I was at Keith Urban's concert last year and the arena was only 1/2 full when Jake Owens opened.

  11. He is staying true to himself kind, humble and grateful for all the blessings. Yes I think there will be many more that will see what all of his fans have seen for these past months and realize he is the real deal. I have watched these videos over and over of him performing, I love to here him sing, he has a beautiful rich tone but Scotty brings something more to his performances in that he sings from his heart. Watching him perform is such a pleasure, I feel the Lord has a lot in store for him. May the Lord continue to bless him and his family. I also think his band is doing a great job and pray for all of them.

  14. Anon @ 11.57pm,

I have always known and I do repeat that Scotty is going to be a big country star for many years to come. I will call what Scotty has as the "IT FACTOR", the elusive It factor that not many possess.
Yes, I agree that Malaysian fans love you this big. - Molly

  15. You know we have to remember we love Scotty and so therefore we are a little (okay a lot) biased kinda like a parent feels about their children. So to hear this from someone who wasn't on the "Scotty Train" during Idol makes me happy. I believe he will win over many new fans while on this tour.

I do appreciate the band think they are doing a great job as well. I hope they are all developing a good bond and a friendship because we want Scotty to be happy and have fun while on tour and from the videos, it looks like he is.

  18. I am so proud of Scotty and I think I speak for all his fans when I say we love seeing him with Loretta. Love that kid with his guitar. He looks great. I am so happy to see him get such recognition. And love the way these superstars are seeing something special in him. Tim McGraw being so kind to him, Josh Turner's support. Heard him say at a fan party, to Randy Travis, that maybe they'd be attending one of them someday for Scotty...didn't even have to say his last name. Like Jimmy Iovine said, he replaced Scotty from Star Trek as the most famous Scotty.Wow! Then there's Keith Urban knowing who he was in the bathroom and then pitcing him a song. And Carrie giving him her number. And now Brad having Scotty Fever and welcoming him to the club. And all the accolades...how's that in such a short time? He is bound to pick up more fans from this tour. Just want him to get proper rest and eat well...he's doing an awful lot. And he does it with CLASS!. We love this kid.
