  1. Thanks so much for these videos, it is always good to see Scotty perform at these different locations and hear the response of the crowd to him. I particularly loved the I Love You This Big video because you could see that sweet smile of his.

  2. it seems that he always "struggles" with the chorus part of this song when he sings it live -- wish he would just sing it the way he did when he recorded it -- i am referring to the part where he sings, "i love you this big, so much bigger than i've ever dreamed my heart ever would...." -- he seems to always "push/strain" the words "my heart" and it comes out like a growl when it should be soft and smooth -- i noticed this during the ai10 summer concert tour -- i hope someone with him notices this, because it really stands out to critics, especially those who aren't sold on this song -- at the first concert in grand rapids he sang it perfectly -- maybe it's just all the singing he has to do on the tour, idk -- i love this little big song, but that "growl" always ruins it for me -- :( -- someone should tell him though, bec he's singing live --

  3. Wow, I see the way he sings the chorus of ILYTB completely different than that when he sings in live. I don't think he struggles with it at all. I think he puts that growl in there on purpose to give the song more energy or grit or whatever you want to call it. He changes it up a little bit from the recorded version. He sings "Baby higher than the pines" and a lot of times adds "Yep" towards the end. I like the live version better because I think it keeps the song fresh. So many people thought this song sounded corny but I think Scotty has a way of making it sound meaningful yet mature and that is why so many people like it. Just my viewpoint.

  7. Yes, I love the newer version of ILYTH. Scotty does something to the song,. He gives it the momentum, he stresses how he loves his fans and the audience from his heart in his superb, flawless, smooth and silky voice. I have never followed an artist like I did on Scotty, day in and day out. This boy really does something to me.

  9. My Spirit takes this song, ILYTB, and credits it to Scotty putting a song to the words Jesus was thinking as he was on the Cross. He was young, only 33, and has been spending the rest of his life trying to explain what there are really no words for. His heart goes out to His Bride, his Church....and will one day, write our names in the sky. This song is a classic...and Scotty is delivering it to us. Praise God.
