I didn't take videos of any of those that had been performed before. My husband and I focused on the new songs that had never been sung live before. Scotty was fantastic. He had the whole crowd. Brought the house down. Every standing place in front of the stage was covered. I stood by the stage the entire show while my husband stayed in his 3rd row seat. We took videos from two different angles. Will post all pictures.
The video are so great it always makes my day. The concert seems to have been a big hit and Amazing. I am surprise we have not got a tweet from Scotty he has been sending a tweet after each show with Brad be nothing about last night solo concert. When will we hear about who wins ACM? Again then you so much for all the video. Mac
SF Linda - thank you so much for sharing your videos with us! I was so excited when I seen you tweet that you got to meet Scotty, his Mom & Band members! Can't wait to see the pictures!
He did great on every song - I loved the songs he chose to sing too!
The fans are so loud sometimes you can't hear him - I wonder what he thought about all this?
My eardrums almost blew up with all those girls screaming around me. Not saying I didn't scream myself. It was liked the Beatles Mania. No kidding. They wanted to touch a piece of him.
Hi all my wonderful friends! My computer is barely running. I am so excited to see "Our Scotty" do so FANTASTIC at his first SOLO CONCERT. He blew the ROOF OFF!!!!! WOW WOW WOW Does he have a new single, did I read that? on the program?
Hi Gayle! Been missing your comments....I wondered about the "new single" thing, too. But I think it meant TTWG, since it was the song he sang next. There would surely be an announcement about a new single, don't you think?
I know Elvis would have been proud of our Scotty. He rocked the house with, Alright Mama, & he certainly knows how to turn his charm on. Loved all the songs! It's a wonder sparks didn't fly when he was singing Trouble..he gave it so much energy. AWESOME CONCERT...so proud of you...Hope you get some time off after this explosive solo concert. Love ya! God Bless You!
Scotty really knows how to choose his songs. It was evident during his AI days, in his album, and now,in his repertoire for his first concert. And I like the way he stamps his personality in every song he sings - making it like it was specially written for him. Having said this, I am now looking forward to hear his own composition.
Thank you to the people who made it possible for others to see Scotty "in action" again.
OH MY GOSH ,how awesome was that ,he blew this clear out of town,I don't think the security guy knew what to heck was going on his head was bobbing back & forth, my scotty must be exausted after all of that,he said he was going to work his tail off but think he needs rest now.mama judy you must be so tired & so proud of your boy,I just love him to pieces ---MJ IN TX
TO 2:29 PM & MJ...Me too!...Couldn't hear most of the words but I LOVED watching Scotty rocking the house and having so much fun!!!...He's not gonna have any TROUBLE packing his concerts!!!...ACM, Here comes Scotty!!!
Oh My Goodness!!!! What a "First Solo Concert"!! I have been on the cpu most of the day just watching videos over and over....what in the world did I do for excitement a year ago before Scotty McCreery charmed his way into my life? Just can not get enough of this young man. I agree that he certainly needs to take a few days off and just "chill" with family and friends. Am so grateful for all the hard work that goes into this site and for everyone who contributes these wonderful videos and comments and keeps us updated on all things Scotty. Thank you so much.
Think he is singing T R O U B L E by Travis Tritt. Thanks to all who posted and took the videos and shared with us. For Scotty, all I can say is he is the biggest CHARMER in the world. Reminds me of Elvis sooooo much! Think Scotty will be just as famous soon. grandma jo ky.
WE JUST LOVE YOU SCOTTY SO MUCH. WE KNOW THAT YOU CAN SING ELVIS SONGS AND ROCK THE AUDIENCE AND YOU PROVE IT. WE ARE SO HAPPY FOR YOU. WE HOPE THAT YOUR NEXT ALBUM WILL ROCK THE AUDIENCE AND A LOVE SONG THAT WILL MAKE US CRY A LITTLE BIT. WE WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER. MY WHOLE FAMILY JUST LOVE YOU SO MUCH. MY HUSBAND IS 72 AND ME IS 63 YEARS OLD. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
Wow thanks to everyone who made it possible for ALL of us to kinda be at this concert. What a fantastic young man who gave such a fantastic concert. It was almost like being there - almost. And to think he is just beginning. WOW!!!!!!
May God bless U with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus. God speed on your life. God Bless au and your family, because I know that all that traveling can get a little tiring. To God be the glory for the things He is doing in your life. I read all those beautiful stories those young ladies wrote about how sweet and wonderful U was to them. I pray that God will continue too rain blessing down on U. You are walking under open heavens.
Thank you again, Linda Chen. I am so overjoyed w/ all these videos posted. I believe these will be my staples for this whole week. I just love all these songs especially hearing them for the first time. I bet the audience got really surprised and what a performance!!! All those appreciative and adoring fans! All those screams and hands hoping to get a touch of our boy....oooops, man. Those security better take good care of him. Scotty is continuously blooming. Wow. Wow. Wow. How can someone not love this 'beautiful', refreshing, young man! Scotty always makes me happy....... everything - stories, pictures, songs, fans comments, etc. makes me light hearted. YOu can say, Scotty is my elixir for youth. Hahah.
Ha!Ha! thought "Trouble" was short for "TTWG" and was going to listen later. Glad I decided to listen. WOW! did Scotty ever rock that song!! Can only imagine how great all of his songs must sound live. So looking forward to a TV performance like this one day!!
Does anyone know if Scotty sang Walk in the Country? It was listed as the last song, but from the video, it looked like Trouble ended the show and I haven't seen any videos of WITC (that is one of my favorites)
new video post by c..123 at youtube of man of sorrow good video and trouble encore song post by ..with fans shouting for more of scotty to performed that is good promotion for scotty and high and rock. Go help post more comment at mjblog of solo concert of scotty because got some not good comment like not sold out, and others.
I JUST CRIED WATCHING HOW HE PERFORM BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH HAPPINESS. HE IS REALLY SOMETHING. YOU ARE GOD GIFTED CHILD WITH TALENT AND GOOD ATTITUDE. KEEP THAT SCOTTY AND YOU WILL GO VERY VERY FAR WITH YOUR CAREER. HE REALLY CAN ROCK THE BOAT. SCOTTY, OUR MAN FOREVER. WE LOVE YOU.... MAY GOD CONTINUE BLESSING YOU WITH MORE TALENT, HEALTH, FAITH, GOOD MORAL ATTITUDE, LOVE AND HAPPINESS. GOOD LUCK, WE LOVE YOU AND WE'LL BE SCOTTY FOREVER. FROM GRANNY2.
TROUBLE was an encore. But, it was listed on the program as being second to last, followed by Walk in the Country. I have searched but have been unable to find WITC from Lancaster. Maybe he didn't sing it there. If anyone has a link, please let us know. Thanks.
search scotty mccreery, lancaster out all video look for video by burningup4nickj click at one of the video then this upload got 204video above go pg 1 got WITC lancaster 1/29/12 this person got all the video of scotty lancaster
ANONY 0615; Thank you so much. I can now rest easier knowing he sang WITC It must have been his last song in the regular set and then he came back out for TROUBLE as the encore
Now I remember Scotty's version of TROUBLE is Elvis'. Looked it up on utube and EP sings it on there. Thanks for tip on that. Gee, folks, are we absolutely nuts or what!! Can't help it, Scotty is sooooo exciting, has affected our lives with so much joy.
TOC says it's Travis Tritt's version of Trouble. What the heck! It's really Scotty's version. EP did record it (I think in 1958), then TT, now Scotty. Scotty's the BEST all way around.
To 6:38am - the concert passed by so quickly, it was non stop for 60 minutes. By the time he got to WITC, every one was so excited. Yelling, screaming... I got the WITC video but had not posted it. Just too many other good videos to post first. You can get most of the other videos on YouTube. Just FYI, the reason there were so many videos from this concert was because the security guards were busy protecting Scotty from the fans. Every one wanted a piece of him, me included. I was telling Donna that I could have a telescope in and no me would say anything.
All these videos did not do justice to our boy. He sounded so much better live. The song 'I'm A Man Of Constant Sorrow' was WOW! Such a beautiful voice. My husband was completely sold by him half way into the show. He said Scotty will do well. Ask me not to worry. I'm finally breathing now. What a weekend.
Thank all of you for these videos, this allows those of us who cannot go to a concert to see him perform. He was awesome, I have known from the beginning that Scotty is a natural born performer, he has an awesome voice and such charisma. I have never got into any performer like this but he has this drawing (I think some call it the "IT" factor) factor that you are just like puddy in his hands. God bless him and I know that he has and will as long as he continues to stay true to his beliefs. Again thank all of you for the videos and those responsible for this site you do an awesome job. Love coming here.
Just a quick note: I love Scotty's band!!! I don't know who picked them or how any of that worked but someone made some excellent choices! They are a good fit for Scotty and he seems to be a good fit for them. I love the way a couple of the guitar players really get into the music! They are animated and fun to watch. I am glad that they are all getting noticed and some recognition. They are all very talented musicians! I hope they will be together a long time! I read somewhere that they, along with Scotty, pray before every show as a group. Makes me like them even more to hear things like that! It will be fun to see Scotty's next CD with the band pictured on it! Can't wait!!
I read at MJbigblog some people commented that Scotty is 'dorky'. Thousands and millions of women, young and old love him and if i may speak for myself...... love his looks, these guys who make the comments are either short sighted or have poor taste. Ha Ha! Love you Scotty!
THIS IS MY NONSTOP SAYING THAT YOU ARE SO SO AMAZING IN YOUR SOLO CONCERT AT LANCSTER SPECIALLY WHEN YOU FERFORM THE THREE SONGS OH MY GOD I AM SO SPEECHLESS BECAUSE YOU ARE SO FANTASTIC ON THAT PERFORMANCE OH "W O W" YOU ARE NOW BETTER AND BETTER ON YOUR CONCERT, EVERYBODY WILL AMAZE TO YOU
Has everyone seen the MurphyUSANationalManagerMeeting & Expo videos Scotty sang for a private concert in Orlando, Florida?? Check it out on utube or by googling MurphyUSA....... Sounds beautiful !!

ReplyDeleteScotty said the best compliment he's ever had was when Priscilla Presley came up to him after an AI show and said "Elvis would have loved you"
