Scotty McCreery "I Love You This Big" Cover

I don't usually post people singing Scotty's songs, sometimes if it's really good, or a sweet little child, but this is our servicemen covering "I Love You This Big" and something about it, to me, was special. I thought I would post it.

To the three men in this video, thank you for SERVING OUR GREAT COUNTRY!

From The Video:
Me and the Boys got bored in the barracks and decided to cover this Great Song by Scotty McCreery I hope yall enjoy it.

And who could forget Scotty's first live American Idol performance "Letters From Home"

  4. When Scotty first sang this song at the finale, to many it seemed like such a little simple song, but I immediately liked it -- there is just something BIG about this little song that touches the heart in many ways -- it just says all the things one wants to say to a loved one --

To the servicemen who sang the song - WOW-Great Job!! Thank you all so much for everything you do to make our country great and safe! I hope Scotty sees your video. I think he would be very touched and honored to have you sing his song. I am a big FAN of all of you and of Scotty. You are all so talented and committed. It gives me enormous hope and relief that my 10 year old son has positive influences like yourselves in his life. I can't wait for him to see your video. Thank you for this song and for all that you do for our country. My love to all of you and your families. God Bless you all from CT!!!

  7. I hope Scotty continues to choose his songs because there aren't many really good songs out there anymore -- I like that he wants to sing songs that will touch people and/or inspire them --

  9. Beautiful ! They said that ILYTB is a cheesy song. But hey, it created a lot of impact. If only radio stations continued to play this on air, it would have reached platinum by now. It continue to sell tho' as seen on billboard chart 200.

I hope somebody would tweet the mccreerys about this video. It's somthng special because it was covered by our service men. Good job.

Since it was posted in this famous website of yours, Hailey, this will create a lot of stir n increase nbr of views.

It is somewhat nostalgic hearing the song again. It reminds me of Scotty's journey to where he is now and we are all in this with him.

    Thank u Hailey.

  11. radio djs just like to give artists, esp new artists a hard time proving themselves -- unless they're impressed with a circus act ;) -- you have to "woo" radio djs -- it's really a bit annoying especially when a singer/song is so obviously good --

  12. Thank you Hailey for this. I watched it twice, once here and then on utube so that the number of viewers will show.

Thank you, servicemen. I love your cover of ILYTB. A special thank you for the work you are rendering our country. Like Scotty, you are good role models for your generation and the future.

  13. Something that really touches me about this video is that the men were "bored" as they say, and Scotty's music helped them pass the time. Music does so much for so many. :)

  15. Ditto to all above comments but especially 9:38am. They did a a really good rendition of Scotty's ILYTB. These young servicemen are probably Scotty's age or thereabouts. They are, in my opinion, the best that America has to offer. I can't say enough, about how much I admire and respect the sacrifice they make for their country. God Bless them all and bring them home safely to their loved ones.

  26. That guitar player was extremely talented. Thanks, guys, super. Does anyone listen to Modern Country on Direct TV? They played The Trouble With Girls today (Sunday). Was just lucky to be passing through the living room at the right time!! We can expect radio play to pick up.......with the Tour...more requests will be made. Most DJ's are guys.....older guys. If we had some GrandMa DJs......hey....would we play anything else? Nada!!
