American Idol Season 10′s Top 11 finalists are now in the Philippines for the final leg of their American Idol 2011 Live! Tour.
The Idols who arrived in Manila last September 17, went straight to their official residence, Manila Hotel, for a quad-media conference to promote their concert at the Smart Araneta Center this coming September 20 and 21.

All the Idols were present and in good mood during the press conference. Casey Abrams, Haley Reinhart, Jacob Lusk, James Durbin, Lauren Alaina, Naima Adedapo, Paul McDonald, Pia Toscano, Stefano Langone, Fil-American Thia Megia, and Season 10 winner Scotty McCreery gamely answered all the media queries whether it’s personal or about their other plans after
the tour.

Here are some of my video coverage from the press conference:

What I like about this press conference is the Idols very humble gesture to us. It wasn’t as strict as I’m anticipating it to be knowing that they are international artists already. Some of us even managed to take pictures and round table interviews. I didn’t join the round table but had the opportunity to get a photo opportunity with Scotty McCreery and Thia Megia. Thank you to OrangeMagazineTV‘s photographer corespondent Raffy Pedrejita for capturing this “moment”. This is my very 1st photo with an American Idol winner.

Would like to thank also sir Antonio Molina for the opportunity to cover the press conference and to the Idol management and concert producer, Ovation Productions, for the warm accommodation.
Anyway, the American Idol Season 10’s Top 11 finalists will be performing hit after hit songs that they performed before from the our beloved reality show. To know more about American Idol’s Season 11, please check my other related post here.

Scotty McCreery This Weeks Hottest Post

The 10th anniversary of 9/11 dominates this week's hottest posts on Taste of Country. Beginning with a list of how over 30 stars remember the terrorist attacks, to how one famous 21-year-old honored those who lost their lives, there are plenty of never before heard stories relating to that tragic day in 2001.

Scotty McCreery continues to be a pace setter on this weekly list, although the 'American Idol' winner has only one story in the Top 10. Pictures of Jewel's new baby were of much interest, as was Miranda Lambert's (possible) next single from her 'Four the Record' album. Catch up with the hottest stories of the week right here, in one neat and tidy Top 10 list.

Scotty McCreery Reveals 'Clear as Day' Track Listing
For the first time, we got a complete look at the 12 songs 'American Idol' winner Scotty McCreery planned to include on his new album, 'Clear as Day,' when it hits stores next month. There are a number that we've heard plenty about, and a few like 'Dirty Dishes' that the singer hasn't dished on. Later, McCreery revealed his secret formula for determining if a song was album-worthy or not.

I have only posted the portion that was talking about Scotty to read the complete article click on the link below.

Scotty McCreery American Idols at Alabang Town Center

Alabang Town Center is a shopping mall owned by Ayala Malls in Alabang, Muntinlupa, southern Metro Manila in the Philippines. It caters to the retail needs of citizens living in the South, particularly those from Las Pinas, Paranaque, and Muntinlupa. Due to its proximity to schools such as Woodrose and De La Salle Zobel, it has become a popular hangout hub for many of today's modern youth. It is also a venue for many concerts for popular performers in the local and foreign music industry.

It's a bit blurry, and wobbly, but the fans are so excited! :)

This isn't that clear, but it's sweet. I adore Thia, she's adorable.

Scotty appears about 4min mark.
